Phasmophobia 0.18 Rebuilds Willow Street and Adds the Deildegast

Phasmophobia 0.18 gives 13 Willow Street a full visual rework, adds the Deildegast ghost, PC equipment-slot hotkeys, better media prioritization, faster Journal behavior, new movement animation, VR improvements, and a broad fix pass. Version 0.18.0.1 addresses camera, hiding-spot, item-drop, challenge, and VR defects, while a later follow-up makes slots 1-3 follow pickup order, leaves Igniters on slot 4, and removes the fixed Flashlight slot.

• Reworks 13 Willow Street with new assets and room-flow adjustments while retaining the original layout.
• Adds the Deildegast, with an increased appearance chance during the first weeks after release.
• Adds PC equipment-slot hotkeys and improves photo, video, Journal, watch, animation, and VR interactions.
